You may use Your Super App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
All content, features, and functionality of Your Super App — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are the property of Think Tribe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Your Super App. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the services described in your subscription agreement.
Your Super App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think Tribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Your Super App at any time if you violate these terms or if we have a legitimate business reason to do so.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
